Flowchart
1. Injection molding process
-
1Inspection of raw and subsidiary materials
This process conducts the first inspection of warehoused raw and subsidiary materials such as rubber and iron.
-
2Alkaline degreasing
As a pretreatment process, this process removes foreign substances found on the surface of iron.
-
3Shot blasting
This process increases the surface area of iron to improve adhesion and removal of foreign substances.
-
4Adhesive application
This process applies adhesive to the surface of iron to make iron and rubber stick firmly together, which requires a lot of expertise.
-
5Injection molding
This is the main process of INNORNC, which produces parts in the shapes needed by injecting material into a mold.
-
6Swaging/Assembly
This process forcibly compresses the outer pipe to improve the endurance of bushes.
-
7Spray painting
This process sprays black-colored paint onto product surfaces to produce an antirust effect thus increasing product marketability.
-
8Final inspection
This process checks any defects in appearance, dimensions, and more.
-
9Shipment inspection
This process is the final inspection of product appearance once more before products are packed in containers.
2. Compression-molding process
-
1Inspection of raw and subsidiary materials
This process conducts the first inspection of warehoused raw and subsidiary materials such as rubber and iron.
-
2Automatic rubber cutting
This is a compression-molding process called the Barwell process During this process, rubber is cut according to required shapes and weight.
-
3Compression molding
Other than injection molding, this is another main process of INNORNC It is used in the production of parts in the needed shapes by injecting material into a mold.
-
4Automated deburring
Automated deburring process after molding.
-
5Final inspection
This process checks any defects in appearance dimensions, and more.
-
6Packaging
This process puts a specified quantity of products into standard packaging containers.
-
7Shipment inspection
This process is the final inspection of product appearance once more before products are packed in containers.
